MASS AWIS and GWISE are proud to support Mayor Martin J. Walsh's pay equity model by serving as a host for a Work Smart in Boston program. Work Smart in Boston is a salary negotiation workshop program provided in partnership between the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement at the City of Boston and the American Association of University Women (AAUW). Work Smart is designed to help you negotiate for a new job as well as for earned raises or promotions.

MASS AWIS is the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association for Women in Sciences. Our mission is to support women in all scientific fields and to achieve equity and full participation for women in science, mathematics, engineering, and technology. Our events and membership are open for the public regardless of their gender, professional background, or career level.
