Green Card Planning Session Q&A

Sunday, January 20, 2019 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Presented by

Don’t let 2019 end without starting your green card planning! Given the fact that the average green card case is taking 12 to 22 months to get approved, it is important to plan ahead for your U.S. permanent residence process at least one to two years in advance. It is also imperative that prior to submitting your case, that you have at least six months to one year of visa eligibility before applying for permanent residency.

Attorneys Rachel Casseus and Sabine Casseus look forward to sharing their advice on their 300+ approved cases, and answering your questions about the NIW and EB-1 green card process.
