MASS AWIS Policies

I grant the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association for Women in Science (MASS AWIS) irrevocable permission to use my image, visual likeness, portrait, photograph, words or sound of my voice in all forms and media (collectively referred as “Works”) for the following purposes:

1. MASS AWIS, AWIS or MASS AWIS sponsors and/or partners website

2. MASS AWIS, AWIS or MASS AWIS sponsors and/or partners social media groups (including but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

I agree that all right, title and interest in and to all such Works and any reproductions or derivative work thereof shall be the exclusive property of MASS AWIS. I understand that MASS AWIS may keep or may use the Works and derivative works now and in the future.

I agree that MASS AWIS does not owe me any compensation for the acts that I have consented to in this agreement.

I hereby release MASS AWIS, its Board members and volunteers from all liability or legal responsibility that may arise from the acts that I have authorized or consented to herein.

I have carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of these policies, and agree to be bound by them.
