Middle School Science Fair: Judges Needed!
Friday, February 17, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Looking for graduate students, post-docs, or anyone who currently works in the field of science!
Pioneer Charter School of Science in Everett, MA is seeking judges for their middle school and high school science fair, and are also looking for physicists, biologists, chemists, and engineers to participate in their Science Speaker Series.
This year, the school will be holding a middle school and a high school science and engineering fair. They are looking for judges to help assess projects, and to talk with their students about what careers in the science are like. They aim to provide connections between their students and scientists in the field, as they work with many minorities and girls who do not have a lot of access to interact with scientists.
Breakfast and lunch for the judges will be provided, and rides from nearby public transportation can be arranged if necessary.
