The Carolyn E. Green Scholarship: Leadership Opportunities for Women in Life Science
Tuesday, May 1, 2018
Created to honor the memory of Carolyn Green, who was a leading industry voice and advocate, the new scholarship will better the life science industry by supporting post-graduate efforts within the field of life sciences at accredited educational institutions around the world. With this scholarship, Carolyn is being remembered for her tireless support to emerging and established women who are seeking to build their leadership and executive opportunities in the life science field through the establishment of a scholarship funded by her peers, friends and fans so that other young women have opportunities to seek education that shapes them to lead in the field.
Eligible applicants are women currently involved in the life science industry, whether pursuing a career or academically, anywhere in the world. They can apply for the $2,500 scholarship by submitting an essay detailing educational choice, rationale for interest in life science leadership, prior experiences in life science, and future leadership goals.
Potential awardees can apply here.
