Our mission, like the National AWIS, is to support women in all scientific fields and to achieve equity and full participation for women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). By breaking down barriers and creating opportunities, AWIS strives to ensure that women in these fields can achieve their full potential.

What We Do
MASS AWIS events are for networking, learning and fun. Whatever you do, you can be a role model and find one in our chapter! Come and make some connections!!!
We are part of the National AWIS organization, which is dedicated to achieving equity and full participation for women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

We also have a Mentoring Circles Program, launched in 2008 and a Leadership Program, launched in 2019.
